Job Description:
- Requirement of Female candidate with Relevant Experience of 3+Years.
- Greet all clients, vendors, reps, candidates, with a high level of professionalism and service, and maintain an accurate log of ingress and egress of all visitors.
- Assist with daily mail and faxes, both incoming and outgoing.
- Process deliveries, mail, interoffice packages, FedEx, and UPS deliveries, for the office.
- Point of contact for facility related vendors.
- Oversee maintenance calendar for facilities.
- Schedule re-occurring maintenance.
- Promptly schedule conference rooms as requested.
- Anticipate a variety of needs and problems and proactively suggest approaches and solutions.
- Oversee the upkeep of the reception area.
- Working with CEO for scheduling meetings and travel.
- General office management including ordering office supplies as needed.
- Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics.
- Assembling meeting documents, prep notes, financial/economic data as necessary.
- Heavy calendar management and meeting planning, includes.
- Interacting with Management & Brokers to schedule meetings.
- Reserving conference rooms.
- Careful attention to time constraints when scheduling meetings offsite.
