Job Description:

  • Requirement of Female candidate with Relevant Experience of 3+Years.
  • Greet all clients, vendors, reps, candidates, with a high level of professionalism and service, and maintain an accurate log of ingress and egress of all visitors.
  • Assist with daily mail and faxes, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Process deliveries, mail, interoffice packages, FedEx, and UPS deliveries, for the office.
  • Point of contact for facility related vendors.
  • Oversee maintenance calendar for facilities.
  • Schedule re-occurring maintenance.
  • Promptly schedule conference rooms as requested.
  • Anticipate a variety of needs and problems and proactively suggest approaches and solutions.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the reception area.
  • Working with CEO for scheduling meetings and travel.
  • General office management including ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics.
  • Assembling meeting documents, prep notes, financial/economic data as necessary.
  • Heavy calendar management and meeting planning, includes.
  • Interacting with Management & Brokers to schedule meetings.
  • Reserving conference rooms.
  • Careful attention to time constraints when scheduling meetings offsite.
