  • Working Knowledge of networking, IP addressing, Web Browsers, Messaging Clients
  • Working Knowledge of PC & Laptop Hardware and Diagnoses
  • Ability to multitask is a fast paced environment and switch between clients
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Working Knowledge of Current Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems
  • Basic Knowledge of Office365
  • Basic Understanding on Networks
  • Knowledge or working experience on Microsoft application support
  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • Create administrator and service accounts, maintains system documentation, tunes system performance and installs system-wide software.
  • Coordinate upgrades/installations and provides backup recovery
