Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise A360
- Handle bot orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring using A360 Control Room
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and provide regular updates
- Develop reusable components and follow A360 development best practices and coding standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance in production
- Implement exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms
- Maintain proper documentation of automation workflows and processes
Must Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (mandatory)
- Strong experience in bot orchestration using A360 Control Room
- Strong programming knowledge
- Experience in web and desktop automation
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experience working with Citrix environments is an added advantage
