Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models including InfoObjects, InfoProviders, and (DSO/ADSO).
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using DataSources, Transformations, and DTPs.
• Build and optimize BEx Queries to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in SAP BW.
• Support integration with SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and timely data loads.
• Provide support for reporting tools such as SAP BO or Power BI when required.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW development.
• Strong knowledge of BW data modeling (InfoObjects, ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views).
• Experience in Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains, and Data Extraction.
• Good understanding of BEx Query Designer.
• Experience with data troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging in BW environment is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP BW / BW4HANA Certification (Nice to Have).
• Experience with SAP BO, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC data extraction.
• Experience working in data warehouse or analytics projects.
