We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tekla Structures Trainer to provide professional training to individuals or teams in steel detailing using Tekla Structures. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Tekla Structures and a strong ability to teach both fresher and experienced professionals through a structured training approach.
Job Description :
• Conduct structured training sessions on Tekla Structures (basic to advanced levels).
• Teach steel detailing, 3D modeling, drawing generation, import, and export of deliverables.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and exercises.
• Provide hands-on guidance and real-world project examples.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training programs based on trainee needs or project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Tekla versions and industry standards.
• Support onboarding and skill development of new team members.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to align training with company workflows.
• Offer post-training support to ensure practical application of learned skills.
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
• Strong background in steel detailing and structural modeling.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Tekla Structures (modeling, detailing, drawing creation, and reports).
• Knowledge of fabrication and construction standards.
• Familiarity with related software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
• Patience and adaptability to different learning speeds.
• Strong organizational and assessment skills.
