I joined Stridely in July 2016 and have been part of this journey ever since. Over the years, Stridely has become more than just a workplace for me. It feels like an identity and a source of pride. Even after all this time, I still walk into work with a positive mindset and genuine enthusiasm. Being part of an organisation that values global exposure and people centric culture has made this journey truly fulfilling.
My journey with Stridely started in 2016 when I began working on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Initially, my role focused on building and delivering solutions for customers. Over time, I was trusted with greater responsibilities, supporting large projects, rollouts, and eventually building and leading a team. Today, I work as a Technical Project Manager and lead a team of more than 35 members. What makes this journey special is the long term relationships built with customers and the strong teams grown along the way.
Over the last several years at Stridely, I have seen people grow consistently, both professionally and personally. The organisation believes strongly in its people and gives them opportunities to think independently and take ownership. This environment encourages an entrepreneurial mindset, helping individuals develop decision making abilities and leadership skills. The flexibility and challenging nature of the work constantly push teams to think creatively and grow with confidence.
I have been part of Stridely from the very beginning, and it has been the most rewarding professional experience of my career. I started my career with Stridely in September 2016 as a trainee. Over the years, I transitioned across technologies, moving from VB.Net to Angular and .NET Core, and later stepping into a Technical Project Lead role in 2022. Each phase of my growth was supported with trust and opportunity. What stands out the most is that Stridely rewards effort and commitment in a meaningful way. The journey has been filled with learning, warmth, and strong support from the people around me.
