Job Description:-
- Lead and support SAP FI implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Configure and maintain core SAP FI components:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting & Cash Management
- Manage end-to-end financial processes including Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Ensure seamless integration of FI with other SAP modules:
- MM (Procure-to-Pay cycle)
- SD (Order-to-Cash cycle)
- CO (Costing and profitability analysis)
- Work on financial closing activities, including month-end and year-end close
- Handle tax configurations (GST/VAT) and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Identify and resolve production issues and provide continuous support
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration
- Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
- Good understanding of cross-functional integration with MM, SD, and CO
- Experience in financial closing and reporting processes
- Knowledge of taxation (GST preferred for India-based roles)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
Good to Have
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Exposure to FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management)
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
- Experience with interfaces, IDOCs, and data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori
