  • Lead and support full-cycle SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects
  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including:
    • Sales Order ProcessingPricing & ConditionsBilling & InvoicingShipping & DeliveryCredit Management
    • Returns & Refunds
  • Handle the complete OTC lifecycle from inquiry to cash collection
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Integrate SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM
  • Manage and support Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) processes:
    • Business Partner setup
    • Synchronization between customer and vendor master data
    • Understanding of S/4HANA CVI framework
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
  • Prepare documentation including functional specs, test cases, and user manuals
