- Lead and support full-cycle SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including:
- Sales Order ProcessingPricing & ConditionsBilling & InvoicingShipping & DeliveryCredit Management
- Returns & Refunds
- Handle the complete OTC lifecycle from inquiry to cash collection
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Integrate SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM
- Manage and support Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) processes:
- Business Partner setup
- Synchronization between customer and vendor master data
- Understanding of S/4HANA CVI framework
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Prepare documentation including functional specs, test cases, and user manuals
