Job Description:

  • 6+ years working with D365 CRM in functional / BA roles.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 full project implementations.
  • Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • – Sales

  • – Dashboards, Views, Forms, Security, Workflows
  • Able to document cases, sequence diagrams, and process flows
  • Proficiency with Visio, DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication — both business-friendly and technical
  • Strong presentation
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive in identifying risks, issues, and gaps

    Quick Role Description:
  • The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, write functional specifications, perform CRM configuration, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. Must have strong D365 CE functional knowledge (Sales & Service), excellent documentation abilities, and experience converting business needs into detailed, actionable functional requirements for developers.
