Job Description:

  • Design, develop, configure, implement and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and suggest the best possible solutions.
  • Create customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to customers during their implementations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.
  • Test, debug, and document all Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Provide training to customers on how to use the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Research and keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365.
