Job Description:
- Design, develop, configure, implement and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for customers.
- Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and suggest the best possible solutions.
- Create customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer needs.
- Provide technical support to customers during their implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.
- Test, debug, and document all Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Provide training to customers on how to use the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Research and keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365.
